...Wow, The best online customer service, period... I recently ordered an auto-start system from you and ran into a problem with the main module. I have installed many of these units before and was worried when I found out that I had a bad component. I know many online companies would automatically put the blame on the customer or fall back to their ridiculously short RMA period. After submitting my email to customer support, I received the new part within days! Not only that but you guys picked up the bill for the bad part ship back! (Even though I was out of the RMA period) If I ever need any more OEM parts I, know just where to go! I was so pleased with the service that I think I will buy something else just to give you more money! Very, very happy customer...
